Polis & Latchi Area holiday villa: Peristerona

All rooms are surrounded by large stone verandas giving you panoramic views of the vivid blue Ionian sea towards the islands of Ithaka and Kefalonia. The villa has been built in the traditional island style using natural materials and local stone, and its architecture over 2 levels has been completely and individually adapted to the natural surroundings. The soothing colours throughout add to the serene atmosphere. All the rooms have large wooden double glazed and insulated French windows with sliding fly screens. WLAN wireless internet available at these 4 villas. Ground floor comprises: Living room which has a small range, compact kitchenette includes dishwasher, a small walled refrigerator and a coffee machine. Guest w.c. On either side of this room there is a bedroom with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has two large separate beds (1m x 2.10m) which also can be joined into a 2m wide double bed.

Each bedroom has bedside tables, a dressing room, wardrobe, armchair, iron and ironing board, TV, DVD and CD player. The adjoining bathrooms are the same as the top floor bathroom but one has a bath with a Jacuzzi while the other has a shower. Cool marble floors and traditional Lefkas island white wood ceilings throughout. The bedrooms have large French windows and sea views, and lead out onto a roofed stone veranda Upper floor comprises: Living room, a kitchen and a bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The living room is spacious with an exceptional sea view. Large 5 seater sofa, (converts to single comfortable bed .90m x 2.40m) and an armchair (converts to single comfortable bed .90m x 2.00m). Traditional black iron wood stove, TV, DVD and CD players. The kitchen, at one end of the living room, has a large dining table and chairs and is equipped with a big refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine.

The bedroom is fully equipped with a large double bed. We have 4 x 3 bedroomed villas here, which differ slightly with the beds.
