It is situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Quelvan, which hosts a spectacular Cathedral, an Hotel with Creperie and bar, plus two further bars / restaurants. The houses are all stone built, and form a very beautiful and tranquil setting, bordering the forest of Quelvan and spectacular countryside. Ground Floor: Double entrance doors lead you to the large entrance hall, with doors leading to the kitchen and lounge, a hallway to the ground floor bedrooms, bathroom & separate WC, and a door with access to the very large garage/cellar area. Lounge: With separate access from the kitchen, large picture windows, and french doors leading to a patio area and garden. There is a large open fire, SKY TV, DVD player & music centre. The room is well furnished, with dining area and comfortable sofa’s and chairs. Kitchen: Is well fitted, with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle. There is a small breakfast area with table and chairs.

Bedroom 5: Double bed and built in wardrobe, window has views to rear garden & open countryside. Bedroom 6: Double bed and built in wardrobe, window has views to rear garden & open countryside. Bedroom 7: Is normally set as a study area with double desk & bookcase, but can be arranged as a bedroom upon request. First Floor. Bedroom 1: A very large room with double bed, built in wardrobes, and two windows with views to the front garden and the village of Quelvan. Bedroom 2: Double bed and built in wardrobe, window has views to rear garden & open countryside. Bedroom 3: Two single Breton beds, a built in wardrobe, window has views to rear garden & open countryside. Bedroom 4: Two Single beds, a built in wardrobe, 2 windows with views over open countryside.
