On entering the villa, the living area is dominated by the working corner stone fireplace and is equipped with SKY satellite television (free to view channels) and a DVD player. There are 2 large and comfortable sofas. Behind the lounge is the dining area with room to seat 6. Through an archway and you are in the fully equipped kitchen which includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The 3 bedrooms are located along the corridor leading from the lounge. The master double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead directly onto the pool terrace.There are two further twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms. One of these shower rooms also has direct access from the corridor so can be used as a separate guest cloakroom.
Further internal features, are wooden beamed ceilings and whitewashed walls which contrast starkly with dark wood furnishings giving an air of tradition and a feeling of cosyness in this delightful holiday villa.
For added comfort two ceiling fans have been installed in the living area and both the kitchen and living area have been fitted with flyscreens. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with flyscreens and air conditioning units which is included in the price.
Outside, the 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a smart looking barbeque, and a wooden table and chairs perfect for enjoying relaxed alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings. The well tended garden area is planted with young fruit trees and fragrant jasmin and honeysuckle climb the perimeter wall.
Eating out in Cyprus is not only extremely cheap but also it's virtually impossible to eat badly.
A lot of the locals and tourists too, don't bother cooking at home they just eat out. You can get full English breakfasts for around £2 Cyp and even have a 20 to 30 course meal, the famous 'Cyprus Meze', for around £10 Cyp.
