The new apartment complex has a communal pool, small children's playpool, showers, sun lounges and parasols. The apartment is probably the best one on the complex as it overlooks the pool and being first floor it has stunning views from it's balcony. Located at the top of a hill with Mazotos village only 5 minutes walk away where there are several bars and small supermarkets from where you can get all your grocery supplies. Apartment is 20 minute drive from Larnaca Airport.

It is a new first floor two bedroom apartment on a small complex of approx 30 apartments, some two bedroom and some one bedroom. It has a main bathroom plus an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom. It has a balcony with magnificent views across a valley to the sea which is just over a mile away. The apartment can sleep 6 people as there are two double bedrooms plus a double sofa bed in the lounge area. It is all very stylishly decorated with a very warm and modern feel to it. The main living area is very open plan with brand new furniture and electrical systems: tv, sofa, rocking chairs, dining table and chairs. The kitchen has fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery etc. - all new and very modern.
