Princesa Ico is a delightful little complex of just 16 one bedroom apartments located just 300 yards from the beach and colourfull promendade with an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants. This prime location is also just 10 minutes walk to the 'Old town'. All apartments benefit from a south facing sunny patio or balcony and a view overlooking the pool. The large balconies have table and chairs, which are ideal for outside dining. The solarium is spacious, clean and well supplied with sun loungers. Princesa Ico has become known for its tranquil setting.This is definitely a place for sun worshippers.

Puerto del Carmen is a combination of traditional and modern. Originally a quaint fishing harbour and village, the town has developed into a very attractive modern resort along the south facing bays of the Los Fariones, Pocillos and Matagorda beaches. As with the rest of Lanzarote, great care has been taken in planning the architecture and landscape. The result is a beautiful promenade stretching the length of the three bays lined with palm trees and the colourful tropical flowers are a main feature. The beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue water are ideal for sunbathing and swimming all year round. Puerto del Carmen is highly recommended as safe and suitable for young and old alike. The protected southerly situation shelters it from the prevailing winds on the North and East side of the island.

  • We are flexible with change over day - any day you like. We can accommodate large groups and families as some of our apartments are inter-linked ie there is an internal communicating door between the two apartments.
    There is a 10% discount for a booking of 4 weeks or more
    We are ATOL bonded so we can book flights for you, if you wish.
    Prices are per week departing in the given date band. You can book other durations on a pro rata basis.
    Deposits are £80.00 per week, and the balance is due 9 weeks before departure.

The apartments are spotlessly clean and regular maid service is included; bathroom towels and linen are all supplied. All have safes. The apartments are suitable for two adults and a child up to 12 years old. Some of the apartments downstairs have double communicating doors suitable for larger families or friends.
