This family run complex is only 10 miutes walk from the promenade, and 25 minutes walk to the old town and harbour of Puerto del Carmen. The whole complex is on the beach side of the road, and therefore no apartment is further from the beach than a minutes walk. There is a large heated pool, situated in an enclosed and well protected sun terrace. Each block of 6 apartments is set in mature structural gardens. There are only two 1 bedroom apartments on the whole complex, both on the ground floor with a patio, and they are very popular with people wishing to do long lets of 6 or 8 weeks.

Puerto del Carmen is a combination of traditional and modern. Originally a quaint fishing harbour and village, the town has developed into a very attractive modern resort along the south facing bays of the Los Fariones, Pocillos and Matagorda beaches. As with the rest of Lanzarote, great care has been taken in planning the architecture and landscape. The result is a beautiful promenade stretching the length of the three bays lined with palm trees and the colourful tropical flowers are a main feature. The beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue water are ideal for sunbathing and swimming all year round. Puerto del Carmen is highly recommended as safe and suitable for young and old alike. The protected southerly situation shelters it from the prevailing winds on the North and East side of the island.

  • We are flexible with change over day - any day you like. We can accommodate large groups as we have many apartments. Prices are based on 3 sharing witha small supplement for extra persons.
    There is a 5% discount on a booking of 4 weeks or more

    We are ATOL bonded so we can book flights for you, if you wish.

    Deposits are £120.00 per week, and the balance is due 9 weeks before departure.

We have different standards of apartments which range from a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom standard, sleeping up to 3, up to a delexe 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment right on the beach, which can sleep up to 5. Prices are based on 2 sharing, not per person. Extra guests can be accommodated for a small charge.

I've just come back from what I think was the best holiday I've ever had in Lanzarote. I've been there with my family many times over the years and this time we stayed in Costa Luz in Puerto del Carmen, after having the place recommended by a work colleague. I wish we'd found it years ago! The apartments have absolutely everything you could need, are very spacious and were the cleanest I've ever encountered on holiday. The complex is well looked after and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The location is great, right on the beach but with a gorgeous swimming pool as well - we used both lots. The position in Puerto del Carmen could not be better because there is lots within easy walking distance but you're not in the thick of things so it's quiet and relaxing too. The best of both worlds in our opinion.

My family are completely hooked on Lanzarote anyway so we will be planning many more holidays there in the future, but from now on we will go back to Costa Luz every time - it's perfect!
