Folly Cottage provides a great base for 8 people and works well for families and couples alike. The cottage is bright and immaculate combining all modern conveniences with character features in a stylish and airy design. The town centre is in easy walking distance and provides plenty of evening eating opportunities without a drive home.
The large open plan sitting room has large comfy sofas, a stone fireplace with wood burning stove and overhead beams. This leads on to the dining area that opens onto a safe enclosed courtyard through french windows. The shake style kitchen is fully fitted and there is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The downstairs shower room has powershower, wc and sink. There is an integral garage. Upstairs the large hallway leads onto the master double room (the yellow room), twin bedroom 1 (the sea shore room), twin bedroom 2 (the beach room) and the double bedroom (the floral room).
The main bathroom has luxury bath, power shower, wc and sink. All bed linen is provided and changed weekly.
No towels are provided so please bring your own towels and beach towels. Facilities include:- Central heating throughout, all gas and electricity included, wood burning stove, TV, DVD, CD player/ Radio, Gashob, electric fan oven, microwave oven, Dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironong faclities, hairdryer, Bed linen.
Please note no baby's cot available but plenty of space for your own. No dogs or other anilmals except by prior arrangement. Smoking not permitted.
