The villa has a uniquely designed exterior with decorative stone cladding as a feature and the interior is spacious, well designed and fully equipped. The villa is accessed by a long private driveway with gates that eventually leads to a covered car port. On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the modern clean lines and smart design features. The lounge has large silver TV with Satellite and DVD, and is accompanied by 2 large 3 seater chocolate leather sofas. The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large wooden table seating 6 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in beach, black granite work surfaces and mosaic tiled splashbacks. Major appliances (in stainless steel colour) include tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven hob and hood and microwave. A fully tiled cloakroom completes the internal areas of the ground floor. Access to the upstairs accommodation is gained by a wide and open staircase and landing.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, patio doors to balcony and an en-suite shower room which has a large double cubicle. Sea views can be enjoyed from most windows. The second bedroom is a twin room and shares access to the upstairs balcony which in itself is a prime area of the house with table and chairs and great views to both the Mediterranean sea and surrounding mountains. The third bedroom is also a twin room and has a narrow balcony and views to the mountains in the east. Completing the upstairs is a spacious family bathroom. Outside, the villa has a private pool with ample room for sunloungers . A covered terrace with table and chairs and Gas BBQ is accessed from the lounge and dining area providing the ideal place for relaxing in the shade and taking in the views. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has fly screens fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen.
