‘The Birches' is well-equipped and well maintained by a local owner. A purpose built holiday bungalow, it is double-glazed throughout, offering you comfortable, self-catering accommodation with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Entry through the front door takes you into the lounge, featuring soft seating, television and DVD facilities, audio equipment and a coffee table. Entry through the back door is directly into the well-equipped kitchen, offering a four-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and an ample supply of utensils, cutlery and crockery. Enough here to prepare a wide range of meals for the family. There is also a breakfast bar and a fold-down dining table with chairs. The main double bedroom at the front of the bungalow. As well as the double bed the room has a built-in wardrobe, a wall-mounted electric convector heater and a television.

The second double bedroom overlooks the stream at the front of the bungalow and has a built-in wardrobe and a wall-mounted electric convector heater. The twin room also offers a built-in wardrobe and wall-mounted electric convector heater. The completely refurbished bathroom is equipped with w/c, sink, bath with overhead electric shower and a heated towel rail. Outside is a small lawned area, the boundary of which is the narrow River Seaton. Garden furniture is provided. The bungalow has one allocated parking space with enough room for two cars. Further space may be available on request.
