Couldnt have asked for a better location..the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed making eating in a treat..the outdoor space was a brilliant bonus as my kids were able to play in the patio area while I could relax on the front terrace with a glass of wine...my only complaint was the tv and dvd could both do with being updated (no freeview channels and the dvd played our films with very little colour other than green), also I could not get the small portable CD unit to play any CDs...apart from these issues no faults..oh and the beds were super comfy....enjoy!
