The area is a lovely mixture of various cultures, mostly populated with Cypriot and English communities. There is a lot to do around including water activities (swimming, sun bathing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, jet water biking, fishing, boat cruising), quad-biking, go-karting, walking (there are free walking tours in Larnaca and other areas), cycling etc. High street and designer shops, the daily and especially the Saturday fruit/vegetable/meat markets, numerous cafes, bars & restaurants are highly popular and are within 5 min walk, on the way to Promenade. Visit the Larnaca Salt Lakes, a bustling sanctuary to the Pink Flamingos that arrive during the winter months.

The 1st floor fully equipped apartment has a separate kitchen, living room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, full size bathroom with bathtub and shower, two spacious covered balconies (22sq.m) with deck chairs, sun bed and extra tables. The home entertainment includes TV, DVD player, CD/Cassette/Radio player. The building is located in a residential area, far enough from busy roads and shopping area, to have a good night sleep. It has a lift and secure entry protection system. There is a dedicated off-road car parking slot under the building.

If you have any special requirements, please ask for details, as we can prepare a “Welcome Pack” so that you have all the essentials ready and waiting for you when you arrive. This can be catered specifically to your requirements. Additional cleaning can also be arranged during your stay.

Me and my son spent 3 weeks in the apartment and were very happy with how clean and spacious it was. It's situated in a quiet part of town but within easy reach of the shops and beaches. We love Cyprus and the apartment helped to make our holiday very enjoyable. Thank-you!

I would like to thank you for the use of the apartment
which could not have been better.

On our arrival Jim was very helpful and showed us around
the apartment which was spotlessly clean.

I will be recommending you to any friends that visit Larnaca and
I fully intend to stay again myself in the not to distant future!

I was surprised by the size of the flat (apartment), as so many flats in Cyprus these days are tiny holes in the wall.

We booked this flat along with our in-laws, yet had more than enough space to not get in each other's ways.
The rooms were sufficiently large, with a big kitchen, and 2 balconies (front & back) . The balconies were very comfortable and a nice size (so many these days are cramped and unusable).

The location is perfect, the neighbours are quiet, and it's just a short walk down to the "finikoudes" promenade area by the beach.

I would have absolutely no reservations about recommending this flat to others.

We had the good fortune to stay here for 3 weeks in August and September. Its a lovely apartment situated very close to all amenities. Very quiet and peaceful.
