La Carihuela is an old fishing village which has picturesque panoramic views. It is located on the coast between Torremolinos and Benalmadena (2 resorts with lots going on) which are linked by a promenade where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll, with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.

Nearby is the historic city of Malaga, the botanical gardens in Fuengirola, Sea Life Centre and Marina in Benalmadena, day excursions to Granada, Seville, Cordoba or Gibraltar. There are 10 golf courses within a 50km radius and Torremolinos enjoys the Aqua Park, Crocodile Park, Magic Palace and many other interesting places to visit. The beaches are noted for their cleanliness and are lined by Chiringuitos (beach bars), offering the best and freshest seafood and as the beaches measure approx. 2km in length they offer plenty of sun beds which can be hired for a few euros a day. It is a favourite with people of all ages who like a bit of peace and quiet or nightlife close by offers pleasant sea views and plenty of places to sit and watch the world go by. Average temperatures in the autumn and winter months are in the low 20’s and temperatures can reach the high 30’s in summer.

  • The property is let on a weekly basis from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure (unless alternative agreement made).

    The prices quoted include electricity, water and cleaning. Airport transfer (from Malaga airport only) is also included in the price.

The studio flat, located in Calle Aladino, is on the top floor of a low rise block, accessed by stairs - no lift. It is located off the main thoroughfare, round the corner from the beach and shops. The studio is well equipped with an electric hob, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, and refrigerator. It is comfortably furnished with twin beds, has UK satellite television, ceiling fan over bed, air conditioning and heating (for the cooler months). Approx. 15 minutes from Malaga Airport.

I've spent two holidays at the Carihuela beach apartment, and will be returning this winter: spotlessly clean, in an ideal location, with an owner whose first concern is for his tenants... I have experience of other properties in the area, and I can truthfully say that this is simply the best!

This is an excellently maintained property in an ideal location.The property is situated about 50 metres from one of the best beaches in Spain and is also ideal for walking as it offers a promenade several miles in length.
The property is situated in the centre of Cariuhela just off the main shopping street which also boasts an extensive range of high quality restaurants offering quality food at competitive prices.
The property offers a good level of security with safe provided.
The owner is friendly and attentative and can be contacted at all times in case of emergency.
The airport collection service offered is reliable,convenient and cost saving.
I can strongly recomend this property and also the one bedroom apartment under the same owner, to anyone seeking a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
