Villa Talassa is one of a cluster of seven situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac next to a protected plot with grass and trees. The ample swimming pool and patio, with table, chairs and sunbeds, make this a place where you can relax and stay cool. Built with space and comfort in mind and furnished to a very high standard, the villa has a spacious ground floor comprising a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining table for four, an open plan lounge with an elegantly appointed dining area which seats up to six people. The patio doors lead to a furnished terrace and private pool. There is also a downstairs toilet. Marble staircase leads to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms (one ensuit) and a family bathroom.

Peyia is a traditional village situated on a hillside overlooking Coral Bay and Paphos coast. One of the prettiest and least spoilt villages in the area, it has charming little streets and alleyways, with interesting old houses set off by colourful flowers and citrus trees, and a beautiful old church. Peyia also has many lively tavernas but manages to preserve a friendly local atmosphere. There are good shops and supermarkets, banks, and a pharmacy. You can buy fresh meat and freshly baked bread in the village, as well as sweet and savoury pastries, and there is a Deli (great for takeaways). Just five minutes' drive away from Peyia is the famous Coral Bay resort with its sandy beach, offering fun for all the family, and a lively nightlife. Peyia Town Hall is a very popular wedding venue. Villa Talassa hosted wedding guests on several occasions.

The upstairs rooms are fully air-conditioned, the master bedroom has a four-poster bed and balcony with views towards the sea, as well as an en suite shower room.

The second bedroom has two single beds placed together and also a private balcony with sea view. The third bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is central heating for use in the short winter season. There is parking space at the villa and free parking for another car outside.

We had a wonderful holiday in Cyprus in villa Talassa, and I just wanted to say how lovely this villa is. It was very clean, well equipped, and just as described on the site. The directions were very good and it was easy to find in the early hours of the morning. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. We have stayed in numerous villas and my family and I agree it is the best we have stayed in.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect villa, perfect location, perfect holiday!

We have visited Villa Talassa twice up to now. Going there for the first time in 2007 we didn't know what to expect, but the villa exceeded all our expectations. There was everything we could have wished for and more. Having arrived late at night, we found the villa immaculately clean, also there was loo paper and soap in all the toilets, cleaning materials, and washing up liquid in the kitchen as well as dish washer pills, i.e. stuff which is not usually provided in holiday homes. The welcome pack was very well thought out as well.

As we discovered later, the location of the villa is fantastic - it's really quiet and private, away from the main road, but close to the shops, restaurants and Coral Bay beach. The pool is a good size for a family, and was well maintained and cleaned twice a week. On our second visit in 2008 we found many improvements to the villa, including satellite TV with all British channels available, a barbeque and new garden furniture. I have been recommending this property to family and friends with confidence and can’t wait to book again!
