This Maison de Maitre lies in the little hamlet of St.Leon surrounded by tranquil unspoilt countryside, yet just 5 mins drive from the town of Languidic. This beautifully restored house offers 3 bedrooms all with en-suite with every luxury and privacy yet only 20 mins from the beach. Set in it's own grounds of just over an half an acre with children's play area and fenced heated swimming pool that boasts a large sun terrace. The ideal environment for family holidays.

Le Pressoir is full of character and charm, which offers every modern conveniernce that includes full central heating. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with insert electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Spacious lounge/diner with 2 large comfy sofas, dining table for 8, Satelite TV, CD and DVD player. There is a ground floor double bedroom and on the first floor there are 2 twin bedded rooms. All our bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms. There are extensive lawned grounds with large sun terraces, and a shared laundry room with 2 washing machines and W.C. The house can be booked with La Fermiere for larger groups of up to 18/20 people. The owners live on site so are available to help you get the best out of your holiday.
