Three bedroomed, two storey apartment within 10 minutes' walk of Blue Flag Beach at Dawlish Warren together with a Swimming pool. With two king sized beds and two single full sized beds this is excellent value. Off road parking. Available in whole weeks commencing Saturday. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with King sized bed and wash hand basin. Lounge with sofa and two armchairs and TV and lovely sea views. Kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, washer dryer, kettle, toaster and lovely sea views. Bathroom with full size bath and shower over bath, lavatory and wash hand basin and shaver point. Ground Floor: Bedroom 2 with two single beds each measuring 3 foot across. Shower room with lavatory and small wash hand basin. Bedroom 3 which has a king size bed and double patio doors to pool and garden. The apartment is within an area of Countryside and an area of Great Landscape Value and it is also only 10 minutes' walk to a Blue Flag Beach!

Come and enjoy the lovely sandy beach at Dawlish Warren which has an internationally renowned Nature Reserve that is popular with bird watchers. The South West Coastal Path is also 300 yards away. In the autumn, the wild rabbits can be seen feasting on the windfall apples in the garden. There are lovely sea views. The swimming pool has a new ionising water purifier which uses only the same level of chlorine as tap water. Cyclists can wash their bikes down and store them in the garage overnight. The nearby Haldon Forest is popular with cyclists. There are also riding stables within 6 miles of the property. Dawlish Carnival will be held week commencing 15th August 2009 and includes a 20 minute display by the Red Arrows acrobatic team plus many other aircraft throughout the day of the Airshow including Eurofighter Typhoon and Battle of Britain aircraft.

There are numerous free attractions throughout the week of the Dawlish Carnival which is the largest event in the South West!
