This development is in Roda in the centre of what is now known throughout Europe as the ‘New Costa Golf’. There are more than 12 golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the house, with another 13 at the planning stage or under construction in the surrounding area. As everyone knows the Mar Menor is a paradise for sunbathing and water sports to be enjoyed all year round. The nearby cities of Cartagena and Murcia each within a 30 minute drive, offer the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the big cities.
