Nearest Airport: Alicante at 50 Minutes
Excellent location for exploring the Costa Blanca. Benidorm with all of its famous nightlife & theme parks is just 15 minutes away. Suitable for a relaxing beach holiday but also perfect for sightseeing or activity breaks. Local activities include; cycling, fishing, paragliding, sailing, surfing, walking, water skiing, & wind-surfing. Calpe is the artist's town but it is also a port and a country town at the same time. An oasis in the most popular tourist region of the Costa Blanca. Calpe is the town of connoisseurs, the town chosen by the whole of Europe as its summer retreat. A privileged enclave beside the calm blue waters of the Mediterranean, where outstanding natural beauty, gastronomy, culture, the sea and the mountains are part of the everyday life of its inhabitants all year round. The Old Town is beginning to attract more and more visitors because it is becoming a very interesting part of the town.

This 5 bedroomed villa is built on 2 levels. It stands within its own grounds in a peaceful location with beautiful views on all sides - mountains, the sea and of course of the Penyon de Ifach (Calpe rock). Despite its peaceful location, the villa is only a few minutes drive to the beach and Calpe town centre with its excellent restaurants, bars and shops. A supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The villa is fully furnished to a very high standard and comprises; 2 double bedrooms (1 ensuite), a further twin bedroom and a full bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining room upstairs. Downstairs there are two further 2 bedrooms - a double and a twin - a second full bathroom and a second well equipped kitchen. There is also a second lounge/dining room with Sky Satellite TV, VCR and DVD player. The layout is very flexible, making the villa a good choice for either 2 families or a large extended family sharing.

Outside, there is a walled sun terrace, swimming pool (10metre x 5 metre swimming pool)and BBQ. Alicante airport is less than an hour away by car. Car strongly advised.
