Elegance 21 - 1D is a fabulous light & airy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxurious apartment situated less than 400 metres from Denia's golden "Las Marinas" beach and just a stroll from the cosmopolitan high street shops on the "Marques de Campo". Accommodation comprises a large combined lounge/dining room including Sky satellite TV (mainly Spanish), DVD & CD music system, two bedrooms (a double and a twin), two bath/shower rooms (one en-suite) and a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. Both the living room and master bedroom open on to a covered south facing sun terrace that overlooks the pool. Luxurious internal & external fitments throughout. The property includes allocated underground parking from which glass-enclosed elevators provide access to the lobby. The complex also boasts a 50m dolphin-shaped pool set within landscaped gardens as well as a business centre with internet access, children’s play area, gymnasium and sauna.
