This charming four bedroom villa is perfectly located for a peaceful holiday, yet within quick and easy reach of all amenities in Tavira - the jewel of the Algarve. Large spacious and light rooms with Air Conditioning leading to beautifully kept mature gardens, with palm trees and fruit trees and spacious terraces surrounding a 10 x 5m pool. Plenty of space for lounging and dining in and away from the sun and an outdoor barbeque area with seating.

A short drive from the villa you can enjoy some of the best beaches on the Algarve which are rarely crowded. The extensive sandy beach at Manta Rota is highly recommended. Tavira's main beach is accessible by regular ferries, which take visitors to the 11km of beaches of Ilha de Tavira where the vast tracts of sand provide an idyllic spot to sunbathe and relax. The wide, safe and clean sandy beach is one of Tavira's key features with restaurants and beach bars. In summer, there are watersports. Benamor Golf Course is literally a couple of minutes away. Other courses within a very short drive from the villa include Quinta da Ria/Quinta de Cima and Castro Marim, as well as the exclusive Monte Rei course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Alternatively, there are a number of courses just over the border in Spain. The Ria Formosa Nature Reserve is a paradise for walkers and birdwatchers alike.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We can offer discounts during mid and low season for bookings of 4 and less persons.

    We require fifty per cent of the total price as a deposit, to be paid within two weeks of reservation. The balance is due up to 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings taken less than 8 weeks prior to arrival shall be paid in full on booking. We will acknowledge arrival of funds by e mail and on payment of the balance, up to eight weeks prior to arrival, we will send the driving instructions by e mail.

    Guests will be met at the villa and will have a contact number in case any assistance is required.

    Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge, 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded, less than 4 weeks – no refund.

    Any day for changeover, though we aim to keep bookings as close as possible. Arrivals after 2pm and departures before 10 am unless otherwise arranged.

    Once weekly linen and towel change.

    We can arrange car hire for you with a good reputable local company.

Fully fitted kitchen with washing and dishwashing machines leading into the living room with marble floors, large sofas, satellite TV, Video and Music stereo. There are two double bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs with three single beds in total. Three bathrooms in total with one very spacious one on the ground floor. Nearest shops are either in Sinagoga village or Tavira, both 3km away. White sand beaches and island lagoons all along the coast and some within 10 minutes reach by car. A peaceful and safe place for children to play, within ample enclosed private gardens with gates.
