This luxury ground floor two bedroom apartment is situated in an Austro - Hungarian building dating back to 1903. On the beach, it is a short walk to restaurants, shops and the Ploce Gate into the old City of Dubrovnik. Extraordinary views of Lokrum Island, the Adriatic and the old city of Dubrovnik.

Nearest Ferry: Gruz at 2 Miles
There are regular boat trips organised from the Old Town Harbour, 5 minutes from the apartment. A local ferry to the island of Lokrum runs every 20 minutes in season. You can also enjoy a boat trip to a medieval fishing village of Cavtat (Epidaurus). Every July the Summer Festival is held in Dubrovnik, perfect for all those who enjoy theatre plays in the open (on fortresses or Rector´s Palace) or classical music and folklore.

    A refundable security/breakage deposit of 200 Euros is required.
    Cancellations:
    Within 6 weeks: 50% refund.
    Within 2 weeks: no refund.
    Refunds will be made by the same payment method as the original payment.

A full kitchen, washer/dryer and flat screen TV in bedrooms and living room round out the great location and facilities. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The living room/dining room includes a sofa bed ideal for two children, flat screen TV and a dining table for 6. The shower room has an electronic jacuzzi shower, washbasin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceramic cook top and oven. Gas, water, electricity, cable TV and Internet access are included.
