    Cleaning fee is not included and is payed at the end of the stay : 50 eur.
    The rent is payed in cash and on the arrival. The eventual damage deposit of 200 is always required on the day of arrival and fully refunded on the day of depature . In case of damage the compensation will be deducted from this amount.

This flat is very comfortable and presented in a very clean and good condition. There are many retaurants and cafes nearby as well as the beech with it's many activites. The historic walled village of St Paul is just a few miles away and has many art galleries and cafes.The surrounding countryside is very beautiful and the towns of Nice, Cannes, and Antibes are all a short distance away.

The owner, Mrs Rudolf is a most helpful and pleasant lady and nothing seems too much trouble for her.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this appartment to everyone.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A very pleasant place to holiday

We found this appartment to be a very good value for money place to spend a five night break.
The property is exceptionally clean, very handy for all local amenities and most important of all, does not suffer from having a busy main road between the prperty and the beach, which most other places on the Cote D'Azure suffer from. It was spacious for two people, very comfortable, even luxurious ( not super de luxe ) and the owner was extremely helpful and informative.
Best local restaurant is La Gougouline on the front at Port du Cros, Cagnes Sur Mer, 10 minutes walk away.
Also worth seeking out, is the blue beach bar at Eze sur Mer, can't remember the name, but if you can find it, go down the footpath leading from the station to the beach, you will come to it. A great place to while away the day.
The food shopping at Cap 3000 is fantastic, so all in all this place will offer most people a better holiday than staying in the hustle and bustle of Nice or Cannes.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Break in St Laurent-du-Var

We visited from 7th to 24th February 2008 and found the property to be very clean and in excelleant condition throughout. The owner was very helpful and pleasant and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. The location is marvellous literally a few yards from the beech and very close to all amenities including a very large shopping centre and some wonderful restaurants. Many attractions around apart from the French Riviera including the medieval village of St Paul with its' many art galleries bars and eateries. Weather was excellent making a pleasant change from English winter! We would recommend this property to everyone.
