Typical Spanish Villa with much character. A superb location Set in the heart of Las Salinas, with views of the Salt Flats. Just 10 min walk to the fashionable beaches of Salinas and Es Cavallet. Set in front of the Salt Flats amid pines, wild rosemary and aniseed. On the south coast and usually a few degrees hotter than the rest of the Island. The Villa itself has four double bedrooms, with a huge terrace on the top floor that over look the Salt Flats. All round views. Two bathrooms. Large comfortable lounge with T/V hi-fi System split level with separate dining area. Large fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons and washing machine. Rear and front patios with plenty of Sun loungers to relax around large 12x5M pool. BBQ and outside dining area. A Sunbathers dream Walking distance to the best beaches on the island of Las Salinas and Es Calvert.

    Rental Terms
    The rental period is from Sat to Sat 14.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals.
    A 500 Euro or its equivalent inventory and breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakages.
    Linen provided. Maid service once a week.
  • August minimum one month stay.

Private Yacht Charter .: We can also arrange private yacht charter with skipper, at competitive prices. Be taken around the island, visit the little coves and bays or go across to the wonderful island of Formentera, where you will be picked up by dingy and either taken to one of the exclusive seafood beach restaurants, or just laze on the beach with it’s white sand and dunes with the turquoise sea on both sides. This definitely has the feel of Paradise.
