3 bed / 2 bath condo to sleep 6 right on the beach in quiet, charming location

Lovely 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom condo on the second floor of a quiet 16-unit complex, away from the crowds. Your balcony directly faces the Gulf of Mexico, so you can enjoy georgeous views of the sea and white sandy beach, the pelicans and other fascinating sea-birds, and the stunning sunsets. A private stairway leads to the heated pool (fenced all round to keep children safe) and the beach. The unit is fully equipped for all your holiday needs including towels, bed linen, beach chairs and umbrellas, and much, much more. Plenty of shops, restaurants and activities for the whole family are all within easy reach. Unit size approx 1375 sq ft. Air conditioning & central heating throughout, plus ceiling fans in the master bedroom, second bedroom and lounge.

New lounge furniture added in February 2011 (a sofa and loveseat). There are also two high back cushioned chairs giving comfortable seating for seven. New dining furniture May 2011. New washer/dryer December 2011 (no new WD photos yet)

  • Rental period Saturday to Saturday, although alternative arrangements may be made in a low booking period.

    All payments are handled through our US rental agent in Indian Rocks by credit card. A deposit of $250 is required for weekly bookings ($500 per month for monthly). Balance is due 45 days prior for weekly, 60 days prior for monthly.

    There is an additional fee (per reservation) of $125 for cleaning. Total rental is rate + fee + Florida tourist sales tax (12%).

Visitors return year after year to this stunning complex, on one of the most beautiful parts of Florida's gulf coast. The condo has its own covered parking, private elevator access and private access to the pool area and beach directly from its own balcony. The condo has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped for the perfect holiday home-from-home. The unit sleeps six: King in the master, Queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third, and all three are provided with full linens and have masses of storage.

Both bathrooms have WCs and basins, with vanity units and wall cabinets providing good storage. Bathroom 1 has a combination bath and shower, while the second bathroom has a huge walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday needs (see below) while a separate utility room has a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a large sink for rinsing sandy beachwear.

The lounge / dining area is a lovely, airy space with two pairs of sliding doors leading onto the balcony. As well as comfortable seating, the lounge has a good entertainment system, with cable TV and a DVD/CD player, and an ipod dock/speaker system which is compatible with other mp3 players (Walkman etc). A selection of books, family games, CDs and DVDs are provided, and there is a Blockbuster rental store just a couple of miles away. On the balcony you'll find a range of beach chairs and umbrellas, plus various beach activity items.

The unit has high speed internet access - just plug in your laptop (cable provided). The pool area has plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs, and a barbeque. The complex also benefits from a private fishing pier across the road on the intercoastal waterway. The local trolley-bus stops just outside and runs throughout the day and evening from Clearwater to St Pete Beach with connections to Passe-a-Grille and Downtown St Petersburg.

There are a few restaurants within easy walking distance, with a full range of shops, restaurants and ativities within a few miles.

Home away from home!

This condo is very spacious and comfortable! It has three large sized bedrooms (2 x King & 1 x Twin) all fully furnished with modern boating/sea decor. Two big bathrooms. Open plan and fully equipped lounge/kitchen/diner which has great views of the sea. Laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron etc. All towels and linen is supplied. You don't need to bring anything - this condo is fully equipped and has absolutely everything! There is even outdoor toys for children (big or small!) to play with.. It is very comfortable and can easily accommodate six people. It is perfect for both couples (who don't mind children in the vicinity) and families with grandparents.
The pool environment is very relaxed and the neighbours are warm and friendly.. This is the ideal location for a 'beach' holiday, white refined sand, the water is so clear you can see the ocean floor. It is very safe for children as the ocean floor is flat and it does not get deep for miles out. The wildlife is amazing, while swimming in the sea we saw Dolphins, Manatees, little fish and baby Sting Rays. There is an excellent choice of restaurants/diners nearby. We also took advantage of the local boat hire which offers great packages. We enjoyed our time there so much we tried to book it for the following month however it was already gone! We will definitely stay here again.. The only trouble we have is highly recommending this place, purely because we will definitely return and would like the availability!

Great Stay. we did not want to come home

We had our best vacation. Is was nice being next to the ocean anytime day or night. The covered porch and private access to the beach helped us enyoy the ocean.
Our biggest choice each day was what direction to take our hourly walk exercising and gathering sea shells.
The condo was better than the pictures. It and the ocen were bigger. The second bathroom was nice.
The condo met all our needs and is first on our list in planning a trip
next winter.
We ate at a diffferent local, unique resturant every night. All the meals were good.
The management comapany was good and responded the next day to a small problem we had. They also tried help us when a snow storm threated our trip home.
There is plenty to do there or by taking a short drive.
Waiting to go back.

Quiet, Relaxing, Refreshing

We had a wonderful time with close beach access, a heated pool that the kids loved, and a quiet location but still very accessible to local shopping and restaurants.

The unit was as the pictures represent. The appliances could use updating, (the dryer wasn't efficiently drying clothes). We had a plumbing problem which the management comany quickly remedied.

The owner communication was great as well as all interactions with the local management company. We LOVE the location and will return in 2010.

Georgeous View..Plenty of Space

We had a great time at the condo. Perfect View..We left our sliding doors open to hear the wonderful sound of the waves crashing! We were literally steps away from the heated pool and beach. The heated pool was a PLUS since we were there with kids in cooler weather! The house was very clean and neat. We weren't able to get the DVD to work, even after reading directions, but I'm sure someone would've been willing to come and help us. The internet access was convenient also. We wished there were more nice restaurants closer by. The condo's office is very close, so check-in/out was convenient. Grocery stores and drug stores are very close by. The condo could use some upkeep in the bathrooms/shower curtains. Miniture Golf and Ice Cream was a fun activity nearby, and we had the perfect Thanksgiving dinner! I was hoping the sand would be softer than it was, a lot of small shells and seaweed on shore. Overall, It was Good to Excellent. I would recommend this to anyone!
Owner's Response: The agent is always happy to help out with helping guests with things like the DVD, if the instructions aren't clear. Will check over shower curtains next inspection trip.

Lovely condo

We had a super time at your condo. The location is great. We loved being on the narrows and obviously it's great being right on the beach and having the balcony overlooking the sea and the beautiful sunsets. The condo itself is lovely, very comfortable, nicely furnished and we were impressed with the size of the bedrooms.
