Peyia Chorio is a beautifully finished 2 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom terraced townhouse in a select development of only 10 properties, with a large, family friendly shared community pool, in landscaped gardens. A private parking space is provided. The property is nestled on the hillside of Peyia Village, which still retains its charming Cypriot village lifestyle. It is only a few minutes drive down to the beach at Coral Bay and the the fishing harbour of Ayios Georgios.

Peyia Chorio is situated 30minutes drive from Paphos International airport in the hills of Peyia village. The Village has 3 Supermarkets, Banks, Tavernas, a bakery, Pubs and many restaurants. The house is only a short distance away from the Coral Bay area which has also has shops bars banks restaurants and of course the beaches. It is situated at the edge of the Akamas National park which is an area of outstanding natural beauty with unspoilt beaches, and is perfect for walking and cycling. From Peyia you can also take a short drive to Paphos town which has unlimited shopping and entertainment options.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Thank you for your interest in our house. Prices are quoted for the villa and not per person and are inclusive of electric, water and air conditioning. All bedlinen and towels are provided - only beach towels required.
    The villa will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival. Towlels and bed linens can be launderedfor you at an additional charge of GBP50.00 if required.
    A non refundable deposit of 20% is required on confirmation of the booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. A refundable deposit of £100.00 is also required at the time of the final balance to cover against breakages or damage during the rental period and this will be returned after the rental period. Welcome food packages can be provided at an additional cost on request.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers with mirror. The bedrooms have full air conditioning and ceiling fans fitted. External louvered shutters are there for added privacy. Hair dryer is provided.

Things to see and do: The area is an excellent base for exploring ancient archaeological sites, such as the Tombs of the Kings, and the mosaics at the House of Dionyos. A pleasant drive will also take you to Kollossi Castle, built by the Knights of St. John, and the ancient site of Kourion. The Troodos mountains are about an hours drive away, taking you to a different world of scenic mountain villages, green pine trees, and cool clean air. In the winter months you can even ski.

Golf: There are 3 golf course within a short drive at, Tsada, Secret Valley, and the new 5 star course at Aphrodite Hills. ' further course are planned for completion very soon.

Eating Out: Cyprus has a wide variety of restaurants and tavernas to suit all tastes and budgets.

Ski: In the winter months you can ski in the Troodos mountains

Other Activities: Go-karting,water park,wine tasting,animal park

We have travelled to Cyprus many times and this is without doubt one of the best properties we have stayed in. The house is exceptionally clean and spacious and has all the facilities you would expect. The pool is lovely and the property is in a nice quiet location yet only 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. We would definately recommend a stay at this property.
