Poggio il Sole is one-half of a large villa, it is situated in a top hill position with a beautiful panorama only 2 kms from the small charming village of Rigomagno, between Siena and Arezzo (both cities are around 30 Kms far away). The house, situated in a peaceful position, has a large private garden with a swimming pool for exclusive use of the clients of Poggio il Sole 1. It has also tables and chairs for eating outside and to cook also at disposition a stone oven/barbecue. Shops and restaurants are available in the town of Lucignano (5 Kms from the house). It is an ideal point of departure to visit Tuscany, Umbria and also Rome. From the property in only 15 minutes driving you are on the highway Rome-Florence and in only 10 minutes on the speedway Siena-Perugia. There is a trainstation available in Sinalunga (7 Kms far away), the train brings you in around 2 hours in Rome and Florence.
