  • Changeover dates are entirely flexible, as is departure time so long as it is agreed in advance.
    Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included.
    A non refundable 25% reservation deposit is required on confirmation of booking, and the balance is to be paid in full no later that 2 weeks prior to arrival. A 100 Euro security deposit is to be paid on arrival, which will be refunded in full at the end of stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.

Notes: For long term rentals and if you are over 25 years and not over 70, we may come to an agreement about renting the owners car standing at the parking outside the apartment. It is a 2003 model, Toyota Corolla with automatic gear. It is accessible for wheelchair in the living room, but I think the bathroom and bedrooms is to small for easy access?

Aphrodite Hills Golf Club: This is an 18 hole international standard golf course located 20km east of Paphos. It is a challenging course that plays to a Par 71/70 and measures 6269m.
