A small mezzanine above the sitting room provides an ideal space for relaxing and listening to music, long French doors open onto the balcony that overlooks the pool and has steps down to the pool terrace. Rear lobby with wc and basin. The lobby opens into the fitted kitchen and dining room that leads onto the front terrace. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Double bedroom with en-suite shower-room with wc and basin. The upper floor has a second double bedroom with en-suite shower room, wc and basin. The property is light and airy and is tastefully furnished by its designer owners. No Children accepted. The fully terraced pool is 9x4 and has a covered area that retains the old bread oven.

This area opens into a storage/utility room that has a deep sink and washing machine.
