A traditional italian house split into 2 apartments set in the heart of Tuscany close to the picturesque village of Buonconvento, 20 minutes south of Siena and 10 minutes drive to the vinyards of the famous italian wine "Brunello di Moltacino". The property is the perfect base to explore the area served well by road and rail links close to the villa. The main road from Siena to Rome runs outside the property so you can access all the local attractions with ease from Bagno Vignoni hot spring waters, Chiantishire, Siena, Florence etc. The pool is the perfect place to unwind whilst the balcony makes an lovely setting for alfresco dining. The home has been well appointed with comfortable sofas, dining tables in both the kitchen and living room plus 2 bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms making it an ideal family home or spacious nest for 2. The apartment has many returning customers who return for the warm welcome of the locals as much as the beauty of the area-why not see for yourself!

1 house split into 2 good sized apartments upstairs(sopre)and downstairs (sotto), in the heart of Tuscany. The apartments are situated next to the main road from Siena to Rome and is conveniently situated to reach the village (5 minutes walk) and vinyards of Moltacino (10 minutes drive). The apartment has been tastefully decorated and oozes character with traditional dressers and comfortable sofas. 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, tv with Satellite (italian), balcony with alfreso dining, shared pool and garden area. Iron and ironing board, washing machine, linen included. Please bring towels. The apartment downstairs features 3 bedrooms for 6 more guests including a twin and 2 double rooms. For guests not wishing to drive, the train station can be found close to the apartment.
