The fully air-conditioned property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds which can be zipped together to make a super king-size bed, if you prefer. There is central heating throughout for those refreshingly cooler winter nights. There's wireless broadband available throughout the house and a telephone for incoming calls, plus free calls to other properties on the various Polaris World resorts. Downstairs: One bedroom is downstairs, plus a shower room, incorporating toilet, sink & bidet. In the lounge area there's a leather corner suite, satellite TV with UK channels, a DVD/video player and a CD player. The dining area, with oak table and chairs, has doors leading out to a patio and barbecue area, with its fantastic views of the golf course.

You can dine alfresco or simply relax with a good book in the shade on the day-bed. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, cafetière, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Upstairs: The master bedroom is upstairs, with patio doors leading to the upstairs terrace and its superb vistas across the golf-course, palm trees and lake. On the terrace you'll find a table (with umbrella), four chairs and four sun-loungers. The master bathroom includes a bath (with shower), vanity basin, toilet and bidet. Kingsize or twin bedlinen is available, choices must be specified in advance.
