A beautiful home with pool (and pool heater for the winter) situated in a quiet cul de sac in a lovely Florida estate. Our home is approximately 12 minutes drive from the Disney attractions and is very close to a number of restaurants shops and some superb golf courses. We are only 5 minutes from the Champions Gate exit of the Interstate and this allows easy and quick access to the many other Florida attractions. 30 minutes from Orlando International airport and 50 minutes from Sanford airport. Our home has absolutely everything you need - just turn up and start your holiday. All towels and bedding are provided and the pool has modern up to date pool furniture. The house is of course fully air-conditioned. There is a library of books for holiday reading and televisions, DVD player and a CD stereo system alongside the multichannel cable TV. The kitchen is completely and fully equipped and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer - everything you need for a great holiday.

We are a 30-35 minutes easy drive form Orlando International airport exiting the Interstate - the I4 - at the Champions Gate exit. The local area is quiet but close to many restaurants and shops.
