The house is fully furnished TV , video, DVD, CD, 15 sat channels. Air condition in both bedrooms with ceiling fans in lounges. The kitchen consists of cooker, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster & washing machine ,hoover iron/ironing board. There is a 3 peice suite in lounge. Both bedrooms have ample storage, dressing table, mirrors & lamps. The terrace has 2 recling sun loungers, a bbq, table & chairs and is very quiet & private. Bathroom has bath/shower/WC & sink. All towels including beach are provided, weekly cleaning.

2 double bedroomed house with large sofa bed in addition so sleeps upto 6. Private parking in drive. There are 2 sets of patio doors upstairs leading onto 2 balconies giving unobstructed sea views both front & rear, with table & chairs for alfresco dining. Whilst downstairs both bedrooms each have patio doors opening onto a private terrace/patio with secure fencing and gate also giving sea views.

There are 3 swimming pools, 2 shallow for children and 1 huge looking onto the seafront. Bars tavernas & shops are a 10min walk, the beach is 400 metres, a regular bus service is at end of road(50m), it only takes 5 mins to the famous Coral Bay beach or 6 mins to Paphos harbour & promenade.

The sunset views are fantastic!

october week in cyprus

i have recently returned from this holiday house with my partner,we had a thoroughly brilliant time,we only went for a week but wished it was for 2,everything was fantastic,we couldnt of asked for more,the owner replied to me instantly when i emailed or texted her,she was very friendly & helpful and the house was perfect,very quiet area but within walking distances to everything,the weather was sunny & hot nearly every day,can,t wait to go back there
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: yes the weather is great even in winter months it is about 16-18degrees on christmas day, i like to reply to any enquiry within about 6 hours and will try to recommend and help people even if i am booked,i am glad all of my previous guests have had a wonderul time at my house.

Super house, super resort A1

We stayed for 7 nights first week of June 2011 and had a smashing time. Arranged to be picked up at airport by Claire's friendly neighbours and it all went so well we would loved to have stayed much longer. Spotlessly clean house, lots of space, super view across to the sea. Ample size bedrooms and bathroom. The balcony was good to sit out and chill while the 2 overhead fans made it comfortable inside when we re treated from the 32 degree heat. Air con in bedroom helped us sleep just putting on for a brief time. The walk down to the massive pool area is a little steep but when you get there it was easy to get sun beds, chairs and most of the time we had it too ourselves. Friendly residents on site. Bus stop just across road at bottom of hill 200 metres away took us to Coral Bay in one direction about 20 mins or the harbour and Town the other way 15 mins all for one euro each. Excellent value and a super resort is Paphos lots of super places to eat. We enjoyed Blazing Saddles pub/bar in Coral bay excellent, friendly service and good value plus evening entertainment was really fun. Beach at Coral Bay disappointing as sand is poor but the pool at the complex made up for this. Overall holiday experience was we will go back for sure.

Perfect family retreat

The owner was extremely helpful with holiday arrangements. Which included organising a taxi transfer and with someone there to meet us at the property on arrival. There was even tea, milik and bread waiting for us which was really nice after a long journey. This made the start to our holiday stress free.

The house was very clean and tidy. It is the perfect size for a family. Really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms as this made it easy for the children to sleep. The sea views from the balcony were lovely and so were the sunsets.

Location was ideal as it is inbetween Paphos and Coral Bay so it meant just a quick bus journey in either direction. The bus stop is just at the bottom of the hill and they came on a regular basis. The village resort was quiet and peaceful so it gave us plenty time to unwind and relax.

The pool area was clean, tidy and very quiet. It was brilliant for our children as they spent most for the time jumping in and out of the water.

The property description was as stated in the listing and the owner provided and excellent service. We have definitely saved the property and owners details so that we can visit again. We have already recommened the property to friends and family.

You wont be disapointed

well all i can say is fantastic, the veiw from the appartment is great.you have everything that you need in the appartment , as the title says you wont be disapointed.theres also a good pool a short walk away.
theres a fantastic restaurant called aliceland at the bottom of the road,great tasting food for a resonable price.
there are regular buses about every 15 mins for 1euro 50 cents to go any where. down at the harbour you have plenty of bars ,restaurants to get a drink and food in . you can also book a boat trip to take you around the side of cyprus which was a great way to see a bit of cyprus . theres coral bay about 10mins away which is a great beach ,plenty of shade if you get to hot and a place to get some food and drink.

Fantastic, relaxing holiday!!

My partner and I (in our 20's) arrived back from a wonderful holiday in Paphos earlier this month. The house was lovely; really private and had everything we needed. The views of the sea and Paphos were gorgeous and the location was very convenient for both Paphos harbour and Coral Bay beach. We used the public buses which ran all day and night and enjoyed fantastic meals every night.

We had a great time and would really love to go back soon. Perfect relaxing holiday for families and couples alike who are looking for a peaceful location! Thanks once again for an amazing holiday!! xx
