Villa Santa Eulália is a very pleasant, cosy semi- detached 4 bedroom property in a secluded area with large private swimming pool, a sunny terrace surrounded by a wonderful landscape garden. Located in Santa Eulália close to Grand Real Santa Eulália Resort & Hotel Spa between Olhos de Água and Oura. The house is perfect for a beach holiday, has walking distance to the beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shops and the popular Strip are at walking distance from the property. Car hire is optional. This lovely spacious property is suitable for all ages, great for sunbathing, rest, relax and having fun.

Oura strip is a popular place with its beautiful girls doing lap dances and private sessions. Discos are located near the beaches with international djs, lady's night and foam parties. Strip, bars and discos are located at walking distance.

The property is in a quiet and private area, facing the beautiful nature and with partial sea view. House is in the first floor, with steps access. The features of this Villa are: Inside, there are four confortable bedrooms: two bedrooms with double bed each, facing north (with partial sea view) and another two bedrooms with two twin single beds each, facing south (with poolside and surrounding area view). All bedrooms are lovely decorated with blinds in wood, fitted wardrobes and bedroom cabinets. Each bedroom has a sunny balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding area. There are three bathrooms: two complete with bath (shower on top) and another simple with wc and sink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dining area, seating for 8 persons. There are two lounges with comfortable sofas with Satellite Tv, Dvd player and books. The lounges are spacious and have access to a sunny balcony.

In the outside, there is a private swimming pool with own shower that measures 8m x 4m, the depth is 0,95m x 1,50m x 2,10m. Sunloungers (8) and umbrellas are available for staying beside the pool. Around the pool there is a covered terrace with table and chairs for seating 8 persons comfortably and a charcoal barbecue. The property has privacy, sunny, perfect for sunbathing. There are beautiful trees and plants around the pool offering the shade and a very pretty natural decoration. Just at the entrance of the property there is a private safe parking for your car.

Dear David

Villa Santa Eulalia is the perfect place to stay! The villa is very close to the main town of Albufeira yet far enough to be away from the noise! It's a very good combination when you want to relax in the garden. There are two beaches close by, the nearest one is 10 minutes
walk the other one is about 20 minutes walk. The town of Albufeira has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.
The house itself is very spacious, spotlessly clean. The pool was cleaned every morning. The barbeque was an added extra, we used it 3 times in a week!
The owners are lovely people, they can help you with any questions you might have.
We had a great time, it's a shame we couldn't stay for another week!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Villa and pool are first class. From the moment we arrived until the end of our holiday the villa owners could not do enough for us but were not intrusive in any way.
Only came home yesterday but already looking into flights for 2011 but it may depend on economical recession in the UK. We would return tomorrow if we could!

Bom dia Sr. David,

Peço desculpa de só responder agora mas relativamente à estadia na Villa Santa Eulália posso dizer que adorámos. Foram uns dias muito bem passados, a casa era muito acolhedora, muito limpinha, espaçosa. De muito fácil acesso à praia e a supermercados.
Contamos repetir a estadia e aproveito para perguntar se para 2011 tem disponivel o periodo de 20/08/2011 a 03/09/2011 (15 dias). Gostariamos também de saber qual o valor para os 15 dias e como pode ser feita a reserva para o caso de pretendermos marcar.

Good evening David.

Of course I will make comment.

We all very much enjoyed our stay in Villa Santa Eulalia. The villa is immaculate and in excellent, well maintained condition. It's position is very good, being very close to Santa Eulalia beach and a vast selection of
restaurants, bars and the essential supermarket.
We travelled with another family, the facilities at the villa were ample for
the eight of us. The pool and garden were greatly appreciated by our children. Parking for at least 3 cars was an added bonus.

Yes I would be pleased to give you comments.

We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Santa Eulalia. The house is a really good size, there were 8 of us staying there and lots of room for all, as it has previously been 2 apartments. The house, pool and garden were all immaculate when we arrived and were well looked after during our stay. It is in a good position, only a few minutes walk from the beach and plenty of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The pool is a really good size and accommodated all of us and our numerous inflatables. There is also plenty of room to park, we had 2 cars.

We travelled with another family and I would recommend it for 2 families travelling together.
