Why not try some of the new emerging Eastern Algarve golf courses many within 10-25 mins of the villa. Championship courses like Cima, Castro Marim, Benamor, Ria. The new Monte Rei course is 25 mins drive away. Also 9 hole par 3 just outside Moncarapacho at Colina Verde. 5 more courses 20/25 mins away in Ayamonte on Spanish border. Just 5 mins away be car is Moncarapacho with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, petrol station, internet cafe, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, banks, churches and museums. The villa is within easy distance of Tavira - regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve with 4th best beach in Europe. Also only 10 mins drive to Olhao with shopping, markets and some of the finest fish restaurants in the area. Estoi is only 8kms away with Rococo palace now being developed into a poussada and Roman ruins.

    We prefer Sat to Sat bookings in high season but are very flexible with start / end dates out of high season. Please contact us to negotiate. Happy to consider stays of less than 7 days provided they fit the calendar.

    Guests asked to leave by 10am, arrive by 3 pm. Access anytime after 3pm via key box.

Casa Paradias has a very spacious lounge with dining area off which comfortably seats 8-10 people. with satellite TV (with BBC and ITV channels), a DVD (which also plays CDs), open fireplace. Two large doors lead to the pool, pool terrace and gardens. The 10m x 5m pool is for sole use and surrounded by fully equipped terrace, with loungers, tables and chairs, with deep shade for hotter months. Grass and planting surround the pool terrace. There is a second seating area with BBQ. You will not be disappointed. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 double, 2 twin all spacious enough for cot and portable bed, making occupancy up to 10. The double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and you will fight over the one on the first floor as it has its own private furnished terrace!! All have floor to ceiling cupboards and there is a digital safe in one of the bedrooms. All bathrooms are luxurious and fully tiled. 3 have baths, with shower over, bidet, wc and vanity unit.

There is a further shower room with wc and vanity unit. The very modern kitchen has granite work surfaces, all modern equipment and fully equipped for 10 people. Breakfast table to the side. There is table tennis, pool table and table top football in the basement. The villa is fully gated with lots of offroad parking. This is an ideal location to enjoy wonderful beaches, beach islands and golf. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets all within 5 mins drive in Moncarapacho. There is a wonderful local bar/restaurant only 800m from the villa, 12-14 mins walk, 2 mins by car. Car hire essential to access local shops/restaurants close by and to fully enjoy this lovely unspoilt part of the world. Happy to provide car hire recommendations. Excellent Welcome Book in the villa. Can arrange food/drinks packs if arriving late or if you just want to relax on arrival.
