The property is built on a slope meaning the ground floor entrance to property is in fact first floor. The Capanna has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is totally self contained, with its own kitchen/living room/diner. On the ground floor of the Farmhouse, spanning the extent of the house is a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with utility room, all of which are separated by traditional square arches, but which are in essence part of an open plan living space, giving a light and airy feel to the property. There is also a ground floor WC The Capanna has a living area and fully equipped kitchen/diner on the ground floor along with a downstairs WC. Upstairs there is a double room and a twin room each with their own shower room. All rooms have traditional flooring, beamed ceilings and good quality furniture.

Outside there is a covered eating area reached from double doors in both the kitchen and living room with breathtaking views over vineyards, with the mountains behind, and the medieaval town of Barga to the left. There is a private pool of 10M x 5M with Roman Steps, again with fantastic views! Totally private gated gardens with wonderful vista over vineyards, mountains and to the left the mediaeval town of Barga.
