Entrance hall leading to the newly fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, and fridge freezer. Table and chairs for eating. Open fireplace. The hallway also leads to a dining area and a living area leading with doors leading to garden. There is a TV and CD player. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs the house has two double bedrooms and a large landing area with twin beds. There is also a bathroom with tub and shower over. Off the landing area is a small terrace perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Outside there is a garden, with covered pergola for eating al fresco, as well as a terraced area immediately outside of the house. There is also a private pool - 8M x 4M and a BBQ. Just behind the house and down the slope is a wonderful river, which can be heard running from the garden. This house is a little remote, set in the depths of the countryside, with meadows and barns, and the mountains in the distance.

The house is around 4km from the medieval walled village of Castiglione, where there are basic shops and a couple of restaurants. Within easy reach of other Tuscan towns - see below.
