Brugue is situated at the end of a quiet country lane in a hectare of land and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. For guests who want enjoy outside living the huge enclosed pool area has a long covered terrace in front of the house and a separate dining terrace with gas BBQ adjacent to the pool which has around sound and lighting. The pool area is planted with exotic plants and olive trees. All rooms have sliding doors opening onto the different terraces. Montaigu de Quercy (2km) has a leisure lake and local shops and restaurants. Nearest Main Towns: Moissac and Fumel - 20 minutes.

Normally the area has a moderate climate with long Spring and Autumn seasons and Summers that can be very hot! Essentially it is the heart of farming land and you can expect to see lush landscapes with spectacular fields of sunflowers, maize and tobacco and all through the year a wonderful variety of changing colours and hues.

Accommodation: The main entrance opens into the hallway that has a cloakroom with wc and a separate hanging and storage area. Spacious well equipped kitchen and dining room that has a fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob, and extensive kitchen equipment and appliances. An archway leads through into the sitting and dining room that has three sets of patio doors onto the terrace. The sitting room is well furnished with plenty of comfortable seating and fantastic views out onto the pool area. There are three bedrooms. One double with dressing area and hand basin, one double with a bunk bed with it single bed on the upper part, and a double convertible on the bottom. This also has a dressing area with hand basin, The master bedroom/sitting room has a long settee, television and an en-suite shower-room with wc and washbasin. The family bathroom has a bath with a Jacuzzi and a power jet shower and wc and basin.

Guests can relax totally and enjoy the grounds and facilities that Brugue has to offer and the pool area is magic of a night-time.
