Sea Whispers can be found on a private estate at the southernist point of Hayling Island know as Sandy Point. The property is ideally situated for beach lovers with the nearest beach no more then 2 mins walk away. The house is a beautifully refurbished upside down house which takes full advantage of the amazing views over Sandy Beach Nature Reserve and distant sea views over West Whittering. There are three good sized bedrooms on the ground floor all decorated in a simple contempory style also on this level is a bathroom with both shower and bath facilities.

On the first floor is a open plan kitchen lounge and a seperate raised dinning area with views across a green and tennis court. The kichen is fully equipped with beautiful granite worktops, the lounge area has a very stylish contempory feel with comfy leather sofas and flat panel tv to make your stay more enjoyable.

To the rear of the lounge there is a full 16 foot of glass doors which open up onto a large balcony where you can enjoy your early morning coffee watching the spectacular sun rise. The property has been finished to a very high standard with solid oak floors through out and gas fired central heating for maximum comfort making this an ideal choice not only for those hot summer breaks but also for those snuggly winter breaks too.
