Our single storey luxury villa, brand new for 2007, has over 2228sq ft of air conditioned living space, making it ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing. The villa is made up of 5 bedrooms (comfortably accommodating up to 10-12 adults), 4 bathrooms, two separate dining areas, a large seating area, a fully fitted kitchen, a games room (includes a pool table, air hockey, table tennis and dartboard), air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities and a 26x13 ft private southerly facing Pool and Spa with sufficient pool deck area for all 12 guests to use. The beautiful community of Tuscan Hills is home to a fantastic Mediterranean style club house with gym, tennis court, volley ball court and a children’s play area, all available for you and your family to use. This prestigious neighbourhood is ideally located, it's just a short journey to all the attractions of Orlando, so that you can enjoy your dream holiday in the theme parks & golf course not in the car.

Tuscan Hills is in an attractive and peaceful area, located in Davenport, south west of Walt Disney World on the US 27 and just one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 min) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando Airport 30 min, Sanford Airport 60 min). Walt Disney World can be reached in under 10 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International drive with its numerous attractions can be reached in around 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Championsgate, plus over 20 more within a 10 mile radius. You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, Wynn Dixie and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants.

    A Refundable Security Deposit of £150 is required at time of booking. Natural Gas-fired Pool & Spa Heating £16/$32 per day. (Please note this pool heating system is far more responsive than the more common heat pump systems and is just as effective in winter - no matter the air temperature!!!)
    Cots and highchairs are FREE but advance notice of this requirement is needed at least 2 weeks in advance and preferably at time of booking.

my family (9 in total), thoroughly loved this house, very neat tidy and clean, very spacious and the owner is lovely to talk to and very helpful if you have any queries. would not consider going to any other house if going again. it was so nice to go to after a long day in the parks and feel at home.
