Superb luxury apartment on fantastic resort in Calis beach

If you're looking for 1st class accommodation in a 1st class beach front resort then look no further you've found it. Sunset Beach Club is as it says, a Beach Club. Who wants to spend 5 to 10 minutes a day walking to the beach?, especially if you have children. How about 30 seconds?. Relax & enjoy. Stroll out of the complex straight on to the beach, and then stroll into Calis with an abundance of bars & restaurants. Sunset Beach has everything that you need to have an absolutely fantastic holiday: Numerous outdoor pools,a restaurant, snack bar, kids play area on the beach, indoor pool, fitness centre, sauna & Turkish bath. The complex has 24 hour security and is well lit and maintained. Great for everyone. As its so near the beach, you can nip backwards and forwards to the apartment as many times as you like. Parasols,loungers, beach cushions and beanbags are free, so no extra costs. A/C is included and a safe, at no extra cost. The only beach front complex in the area.

If you have been before then you will know what a superb place this is, people return to Calis Beach , Fethiye and Turkey year after year. It has everything: superb weather, fantastic warm sea, clear blue award winning beaches, great food & drink, friendly and hospitable locals and loads of things to do, that are easy on the pocket. You can do all types of water sports (from next to the complex), Quad Biking, Horse Riding, historical sites, shopping, sightseeing, Boat trips, Mud Baths, Butterfly Parks, Rafting, Golfing, or just sunbathe and relax. Nearby are the world famous Olu Deniz lagoons and beaches. Some of the most photographed beaches, which appear in nearly every advert for Turkey. This region is stunningly beautiful with beautiful tranquil bays, rugged coastlines, dramatic mountains, romantic coves or popular tourist beaches.

There are numerous outdoor and indoor markets and Fethiye town is only a short Dolmus ride away for approx 60p. Alternativey, get a water taxi!.

    A 25% deposit will secure the booking and a receipt will be provided together for an invoice requesting that the balance be paid 8 weeks before the departure date.
    The booking will be held for 7 days pending payment of deposit.

    A transfer service can also be arranged on your behalf if necessary. Assistance with flights is also a service that we provide as we search a variety of different carriers to source the best and cheapest flights.

    Night flights tend to be cheaper, but not ideal for young children. Booking early is advisable for parties with children as day flights tend to be booked earlier. Flights arrive daily from all major destinations.

Our apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge. It is finished to a high standard. It is large, spacious and provides everything that you will need to have a fantastic holiday in the sun on a beach front resort. Its in a prime location, any nearer and it would be on the beach itself! The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is at the front of the property, with a balcony and door that leads onto the large terrace with a sea view!.

The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate small balcony, with chairs and table. The apartment is not overlooked at all into the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully fitted, and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, hob & family sized fridge freezer. All cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc., are available for guests use. There is a lounge with TV (include Digiturk - similar to SKY)and a double sofa bed.

The lounge leads onto the large terrace overlooking the landscaped gardens and pools. Please note there is no surcharge for a/con use. There are also private sun loungers available for guests, which are kept on the terrace. There is a BBQ area on the terrace so you can cook outside if you want!. The property is ground floor and so is suitable for families, couples, or seniors. There is a dining area with a large table which seats 6, or if you want there is a table and chairs on the terrace.

As other review sates it does what is says on tin!! Clean well maintained apartment strides away from pool, bar, beach..
First time in Turkey hoping to return, we love it .
Came 31st may till 13th June '11 weather fab although with little one think any hotter would be too much.
Owners brill, organised transfers "cheap as chips " ( yes pleasssee) and helped with every question we fired at them. Would highly recommend .

Fab Holiday

This was a Ronseal holiday we got exactly what it said on the tin. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was very well equiped and we were settled in within hours of arriving.
Paul and Mel were in constant contact and answered all our questions and concerns before we travelled. Their contact on site Nadine was always available
The transfer was arrange by Paul and Mel and went very smoothly. We arrived at 11pm to find the complex shop still open and the brothers that run the bar and resturaunt opened up and cooked us a meal. The food was good and we eat there at least once a day, the prices were competative.
We used the Dolmos to travel to Fethiye on a couple of occasions, once being the weekly market (Tuesday) where we stocked up on local produce.
The idea of this break was to relax and the complex suited our requirements exactly.
Try the full works at the on site relaxation centre (80 T/L) it is well worth the money.
We had never been to Turkey prior to this but we will be returning and using this apartment again.
The only problem we encountered was at the airport where upon arrival we found that we had to purchase a VISA for £10 each, furthermore it had to be a ten pound note for each visitor (children included). Many passengers were unaware of this levy and ten pound notes were being exchanged in the queue.
The return from the complex to the airport was trouble free and we were picked up in plenty of time.
Be warned there is a KFC and Macdonalds in Dalaman airport but it is ridiculously expensive.
I have recommended this apartment to a couple of friends and associates.
We has a great time and can't wait to go back.
