Our private cottage set next to the feudal ruins of Chateaux Lavauguyon. Equipped with quality furnishings throughout and has central heating. Views across the beautiful countryside of the river Tardoire valley. It is ideally located for exploration of this "Parc Naturel Regional". Salles Lavauguyon is only a few minutes for freshly baked bread and croissants for breakfast.St Mathieu is five minutes drive for local shops and a well stocked supermarket. An 18 hole golf course at St Junien with shops, bars and restaurants is a 20 mins drive.

Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, combi wardrobe, and a childs sprung folding bed, wash basin with mirror. Views to front and rear gardens. Lounge - with large traditional fireplace, with additional electric log effect fire giving that cosy feeling in cool evenings.,beamed ceiling, 3 piece suite,coffee table, sideboard, dining table and chairs. Satellite 26"TV, stereo system. Countryside views to the garden and the Tardoire river valley.
