Apart villa Brašina, provides 12 studio apartments, 1 one bedroom, and 1 two bedroom apartments. It is situated in Mlini area of Dubrovnik, a 10 minute drive from Dubrovnik Old Town. The apartments are on a 2, 2+1, 2+2, 3+1 basis. They are self contained and most have balconies. The staff is on premises 24/7 to answer any of your questions and help you make the stay as comfortable as possible. The apartments are cleaned every day. Apart villa Brasina boasts private park area with tables and chairs providing view onto the woods and the pool. There is wireless Internet area with plugs for switching your laptop and surfing the net while sitting in the park. There is swimming pool with jacuzzi area. The swimming pool has wooden lounge chairs for guests' use. There is also outside dining area where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner and a small barbecue for guests' use. Bikes, cars, tours and transfers can be rented.

The house is divided into 14 apartments all with own bathroom and kitchenette. Each apartment has air conditioning and SAT TV. Most have either balcony and terrace. There is a large secured parking space just outside the house which is on the main road leading to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. The accommodation is ideal for those who want a beach holiday away from crowded streets but very close to all the happenings and only a 10 minute bus ride into Dubrovnik! The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens with Mediterranean greenery and a large swimming pool with jacuzzi which children and adults would enjoy.

There are CCTV cameras and all guests as well as their cars while on premises are insured against injury. There is free WiFi internet access throughout and plugs around the trees in the park area so you can use your laptops. There are bikes that can be hired. Private chef can be arranged. There is a daily maid service.
