Layout of the house : The entrance from the terrace leads into the country farmhouse kitchen which is fully equipped with quality appliances including Smeg retro style fridge, Smeg 5 ring range style cooker, microwave and dishwasher. It has a large refectory dining table with benches and a butchers block. From the kitchen to the left is the sitting room with large windows giving uninterrupted views of the countryside. There are 2 comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a huge stone fireplace with wood burning stove and free to air television and digital radio. Bedroom one is traditionally furnished with French fabrics and has a huge four poster bed, a wardrobe, with an ensuite shower room; There is also a reclining chair by the large window to enjoy the views. Bedroom two is again beautifully furnished with a traditional French feel and has twin antique beds, a wardrobe and dressing table. The family bathroom has a deep French bath with shower attachment and is beautifully light.

The Gardens and private pool: A large terrace with table and chairs leads off the kitchen and is a perfect spot for enjoying alfresco dining. The well maintained grounds extend to 2 acres and are a mix of oak woods with wild flowers, meadow and fruit trees. Lots of space to play badminton and ball games. There is a 12 x 6 metre fabulous fully fenced pool and terrace with parasols and garden furniture for you to enjoy even the hottest days. There is ample private off road parking and a barbecue for your use.

In the cellar there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Other Activities: canoeing, visiting castles, caves, markets, brocante.. and just relax near by the pool!
