Additional information about rental rates

  • Changeover day is Saturday, and in order to check and clean the house we ask guests to arrive after 4pm, and to leave by 10 am.

    Our Terms

    We ask for a £60 deposit at the time of booking (non-refundable if booking cancelled) and the balance six weeks before the start of your holiday. A deposit of £120 is required for a 2 or more week stay.

    We also require a separate cheque for £100 as a deposit against possible damages or loss, which, we do not bank, and which will be destroyed if everything is satisfactory at the end of your holiday.

    Special Price

    A two week booking receives a 7.5% discount on the second week.

    For the months of September through to May, there is a heating charge of £15 per week.

La Petite Poche sleeps four in comfort and provides high quality accommodation. There is a pleasant, sunny terrace and garden to the rear. The house comprises front living room, separate dining & kitchen space, shower room, and two good size bedrooms upstairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fan oven, ceramic hob, ‘fridge and microwave. Riverside walks, local amenities and attractions are all close by in Noyers, ‘Un des plus beau de villages de France’’.
