Youghal town is approx 15 minutes walking distance down a rather steep hill, although can easily be reached by car within 3 minutes. Due to the location, the complex may be unsuitable for people with walking difficulties. The apartment is furnished to a Board Failte 4 Star standard with a contemporary design. It has Junkers wooden flooring, and the following facilities: Tv and Hi-fi system. Modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, hob and microwave. Cooking utensils. Bed linen and towels provided. Convector & Night Storage Heating. Childminding service on request (payable locally).

Travel cots, Highchairs, Stairgates & DVD Players can be hired for €10 per item. Electricity is charged at €5.00 per night.
