'Home Cottage' has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a spacious lounge/diner, a very well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, with shower. Immediately outside the back door is an allocated space for one car, as well as a patio with garden furniture, ideal for catching the summer sunshine. Entry through the side door, immediately next to the allocated parking space, brings you into the kitchen area, pictured below. This is very well -equipped with a four-ring cooker, oven and grill, a microwave oven, toaster and a refrigerator, as well as a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Next to the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seats four people and the lounge has soft-seating, also for four people on a three-piece suite, a coffee table, a television with a video/DVD player as well as a radio/tape player. An efficient night-storage heater is well situated to spread warmth around the bungalow when required.

The main bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, bed-side tables and chest of drawers with a mirror above. There is also a portable electric radiator and a hair-dryer. The second bedroom has two single beds (3'), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bed-side table as well as a portable electric radiator. The bathroom includes the toilet, a wash-basin and a bath with an electric shower over. A cupboard next to the bathroom houses the hot water tank and some useful shelving space. This bungalow has recently been re-decorated, both inside and outside.
