Horizons is a brand new two bedroom luxury apartment furnished to modern high standard specifications. The balcony has sea views extending as far as Watergate Bay and Trevose Head.It is a short easy walk to the beach and town. It enjoys secure underground parking, a gym and indoor swimming pool.The balcony benefits from the morning sun . The apartment is managed and cleaned by the owners who are nearby and available to deal with any additional requirements.The high standard of equipment makes self catering a pleasure.There are plenty of restaurants and bars within easy reach. The beaches are suitable for families,and surfers alike and of course Fistral is world famous for its surf and surfing competitions.Newquay provides a wonderful base for walking, especially along the coastal footpath. Golf enthusiasts have an excellent choice of golf courses nearby.The Eden Project,St Ives,and Padstow ,are all readily accessible. There is so much to do in Cornwall that a week may not be enough!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Change-over day is Saturday. We can however make special arrangements if necessary, especially out of season. Please e-mail initially if that suits you, and/or ring. We are always happy to answer any queries in person.

    We have a special service whereby if you order groceries etc. from Tesco or Asda, we can arrange to meet the delivery and have it packed away in the fridge/freezer and cupboards ready for your arrival.
    When booking the apartment we ask for a booking deposit of £100 to secure the booking. We then ask for the balance to be paid one month before the holiday.With this we request a separate cheque for £100. this is the damage deposit, which is not cashed but returned immediately after the holiday providing no damage has been incurred

  • In the bathroom and en-suite there are heated towel rails, well-lit mirrors and under-floor heating, with restful decor, pictures, and all comfortable facilities to make your stay a pleasure!

  • One bedroom has a large double bed, and en suite with power shower. The other has two single beds which can be converted into a large double zip lock bed if required.. There is a put-u-up bed and bedding for an extra child/person if needed. We can provide a cot and high chair if requested. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes, drawers ,bedside tables and fans and the windows are double glazed.There is a sea view from both bedrooms.All bedding is provided but we ask you to bring your own towels. A hair dryer is provided

We bought this lovely apartment when it was just a shell because of the wonderful situation. You can see forever up the coast and yet it's only 5 mins* walk from the sea front. We have had great fun furnishing it in a modern seaside style to complement the superb built-in facilities. All the pictures are originals or limited-edition prints, which we rotate with those we have at home. There is secure underground parking and lifts to all floors. On the lower floor there is also an on-site indoor pool, gym, and sauna/steam room. The communal roof area provides breath-taking sea views. *Personally tested!
