  • Due to the sad credit crunch, there will be no increase in rental charges this season but sadly a deposit of £25.00 Damages and excess cleaning charges has had to be introduced, this is returnable providing no damages, breakages or loss of any items are incured during your stay.

    A £50.00 Non-returnable deposit is required with each booking.
    "PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO A MINIUM OF TWO (2) NIGHTS"
    Maybe a midweek break would suit you. How about a four(4) night break between Mon-Fri sound, at £45.00 per night. Or a weekend break from Fri-Mon three(3) day break for £50.00 per night. This offer does not apply for the months of July and August, the normal deposit proceedure applies. also excludes the Easter Break.

    Normal change over times are; Depart by 1000hrs, arrive at 1400hrs. However, these times are adjustable. Tea, Coffee and Milk are already for you on arrival. Also a nice chilled bottle of wine awaits you.

With long stretches of sand only 100yds/ 2 minutes walk from your front door. Also comes with a full lenth child friendly balcony with lockable gate, Also has a patio area complete with garden furniture for those long summer nights, to sit and relax. A nice large shower room with toilet and basin, and the added advantage of a second toilet washroom is also available, so no queueing. Caravan also comes with a Freeview television DVD and radio/CD player. Bring your own bedding or this is supplied if required. The holidaysite has a wonderful club which caters for the whole family, but a joining fee is required. If not, cafe, pubs and amusments are very close to hand, a shop, take away and beauty salon are also on site.
