This coastal area has a lovely pathway from which one can contemplate the sea, which can be directly reached from one of the terraces. The villa has 130 sq.m. building, with totally new furnishing and careful attention to detail. The swimming pool is 7 x 3 metres (not heated) with sun beds and BBQ for the enjoyment of placid sunny days. The villa sleeps four in comfort. There are two twin bedrooms, two shower rooms (Bath-robes available). The sitting room has Satellite Tv and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitro, oven, fridge, freezer, electric coffee machine, toaster. Outside the villa has two terraces with views and outdoor furniture. Sun beds near the pool. General: Linen and towels are provided. Cot available if required. Self catering property, cleaning once a week. Washing machine. Iron and board. Extra bed available.
