Converted in 2007 this barn is ideal for 2 + 2. The barn sits in its own private enclosed garden near the owners house. It makes an ideal base for exploring Cornwall. Superb quiet rural location but only 10 minutes by car to the nearest beaches.

Situated in mid Cornwall this is an ideal area for touring the county. For children there is Cornwall's Crealy adventure park just a few miles away, for the adults the ancient fishing port of Padstow is 7 miles away. Padstow is a very pretty town and you can hire a bike to cycle the famous Camel trail to Wadebridge. We have with many lovely sandy beaches close by. The lively seaside resort of Newquay (8 miles away) has several attractions including Newquay Zoo which is one of the best wildlife parks in the country and set in sub-tropical gardens. Blue reef aquarium is popular to. The Eden Project 10 miles, is proving to be one of top attractions in the UK. There are beautiful National Trust houses in the area, Lanhydrock, near Bodmin and Trerice near Newquay are splendid examples. The city of Truro is 16 miles away with a pleasant shopping area and impressive cathedral.

The property consists of a large open plan kitchen diner lounge with open vaulted wooden beams. Entrance is via double French windows which allows the light to flood the room. The are also french windows leading to the rear garden and seating area which catches the evening sun. The master bedroom has a 5 ft double bed with wardrobes and bedside tables. The bedroom window has unspoilt views across the wooded valley and farmland. There is a small bathroom with fitted with bath and shower and a heated towel rail. The second bedroom has twin beds more suitable for children but would sleep two adults also.

The property is fully insulated and double glazed. Central heating is available for a small extra cost. There is no telephone but we get a good mobile signal here. This is an old building outside but brand new inside and it makes a perfect base for an adult couple or small family.
