The farm is in a strategic location: only half an hour from Pisa Airport and only 5 minutes from the beach. The most import art-cities of the region are easily reachble. This country estate is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday immersed in the peace and tranquillity of the Tuscan landscape with its tall trees of the 60-hectare property just a stone’s throw from the sea. Situated atop a hill overlooking the countryside, amidst olive groves and vineyards where the grapes are grown for the D.O.C. wine and oil produced with care just near the farm.

Notes: The apartments are large and confortable for 4/6 persons. Some apartment have a large tuscan fireplace in hte living-room. All apartments have their own table and chais out side in hte park. The location is ideal for families with children because of the large park with pool. We have orgnized also a small play-ground for children. We have also small apartments for 2/4 persons and lovely cottges and villas for rent. We are in a very startegic location so that you could easily reach the beach as weel as all the most important art-cities of Tuscany.

In addition to the various types of apartment in Tuscan country style and the independent houses, guests may use the swimming pool (16 x 8 m open from approximately mid-May to mid-October) with sun terrace, lounge chairs and tripical umbrellas, barbecue and oven.
